Extempore Competition 2025

The NSS Unit of Patna Women’s College organized an Extempore Competition on the occasion of National Nutrition Month to encourage students to express their views on the importance of healthy living and balanced nutrition. The event aimed to spread awareness about the significance of good dietary habits and their direct impact on overall well-being.
The participants spoke confidently on themes related to nutrition, health, and mindful eating, showcasing their awareness and oratory skills. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from NSS volunteers, making the session both informative and engaging. The Judges were Mr. R.N. Roy Majumdar, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry and Dr. Shubham Sinha, Assistant Professor
Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics,
Patna Women’s College.
In the results, Swastik received the consolation prize. Ayushi Singh secured the first position, while Khushi Raj and Ayushi Arya shared the second position in a tie. Archana Anchal stood third in the competition.
