Oath Taking Ceremony

On September 13, 2025, the Srishti Environment Club of Patna Women’s College organized its Oath Taking Ceremony under the ongoing Season of Creation 2025. The program began with the melodious Srishti Anthem, which reflected the club’s vision of promoting environmental awareness and sustainable living. Ms. Meenakshi Mishra, Coordinator, Srishti Environment Club, welcomed the gathering and briefed on the mission, vision, and core functions of the club, emphasizing the role of students as change agents. Dr. Amrita Chaudhary, Head, Department of Geography, addressed the gathering and inspired students to engage actively in conservation and climate resilience. She also administered the pledge to the newly appointed office bearers—Komal Pandey (Secretary) and Shreya (Joint Secretary)—as well as to the members. A total of 125 new members from UG Semester I solemnly pledged their commitment to environmental stewardship. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ananya from the Department of Geography, marking a strong step toward a greener, more sustainable future.
