Scientific Poster Presentation Competition

The Department of Biotechnology, Patna Women’s College, organized a Scientific Poster Presentation Competition for semester III students on 24th September 2025. The event aimed to encourage students to present their research ideas, innovative concepts, and findings in a creative visual format. Each participant displayed enthusiasm, clarity, and scientific knowledge in presenting their work.
A total of nine groups took part, presented research on divers topics, showering their understanding of scientific methods and understanding applications
The judgement panel consisted of Dr. Shobha Shrivastava (Dean, Faculty of Science) and Manisha Prasad (HOD Department of BCA). They thoroughly examined each poster, provided additional insights, and gave suggestions to improve the students’ scientific presentation.Overall, the feedback provided by the panel enriched the learning experience for all students. All the Faculty members of the department including Ashish Kumar (non-teaching staff) contributed in this event.
