The Department of Mass Communication, Patna Women’s College, had the privilege of hosting Ms. Marya Shakil, Managing Editor at India Today and an alumna of Patna Women’s College, during her visit to the campus.
The purpose of her visit was to interact with students and record their bytes and opinions on the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.
Ms. Shakil engaged the students in a lively discussion on the current political scenario and the importance of youth participation in the democratic process. She also shared her experiences as a political journalist, offering valuable insights into election coverage and media ethics.
