A Student Exchange Programme on “Management Games – A Pedagogical Tool” was organized by the Department of Business Administration, Patna Women’s College, Patna at the Development Management Institute (DMI) on 16 December 2025. Students of the department participated in the programme under the guidance of the Head of the Department, Dr. Pallawi Ambreesh Kumar, along with faculty members.
The programme focused on experiential learning through management games as an effective pedagogical tool. Interactive sessions and activity-based learning helped students develop managerial skills such as decision-making, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. The programme proved to be academically enriching and strengthened inter-institutional academic collaboration.
