On the occasion of Republic Day, the Srijan Club, in collaboration with the Department of Fashion Designing, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), organized a Tricolour Jewellery Designing Competition on January 22, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. This event aimed to showcase students’ creativity and talent in jewellery making, with a focus on the colours of the Indian flag. The competition was open to students, and participants had the opportunity to exhibit their skills. A total of 30 enthusiastic members of the Srijan Club participated in the creative competition.
The esteemed panel of judges, Ms. Asha Pandey, Assistant Professor, Department of Fashion Designing; Priyanka Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Fashion Designing; and Dr. Purnima Roy, Assistant Professor, Department of Fashion Designing, Patna Women’s College, appreciated all the participants for their creativity and thoughtful designs.
The winners of the competition were as follows:
- First Position: Raj Nandani, Semester II, Department of Fashion Designing
- Second Position: Baishnavi Kumari and Sneha Mehta, Semester IV, Department of Fashion Designing
- Third Position: Shubhangini, Semester II, Department of Accounting & Finance, and Trisha, Semester II, Department of Fashion Designing
- Consolation Winners: Sanskriti and Afia, Semester II, Department of Fashion Designing
The programme was successfully conducted under the guidance of Ms. Geetanjali Choudhary, Club Coordinator and Assistant Professor, Department of Fashion Designing, and Dr. Shemushi Madhu, Head, Department of Fashion Designing. The presence and support of all the active members of the Srijan Club contributed to the smooth and vibrant execution of the event.
