The Department of Mathematics, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), Patna University has organized two days MTTS OVERTURE from 27th January 2026 to 28th January 2026. The resource persons for this event are Prof. Ajit Kumar, Dept of Mathematics, ICT, Mumbai and Dr. Sachchidanand Prasad, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, IIIT Delhi. The co-ordinators of this program are Dr. Ravi Kumar, Head and Assistant Professor Department of Mathematics, Patna Women’s College. All the faculty members of Department of Mathematics attended this program. The program inaugurated with a welcome song followed by a Some Students and welcome to resourse person by Dr. Sobha Srivastava, Dean, Faculty of Science, Patna Women’s College. In this workshop the special guest is Prof Balgangandhar Prasad, Ex-Head, PG Department of Mathematics, Patna University. Sir Said basic concept of Mathematics, how learn mathematics Under graduate level. Also sir said what is importance of Mathemtics in day to day life and educational value of Mathematics. In two days session Dr. Ajit Kumar and Dr. Sachchidanand Prasad taught the basic concepts of Real Analysis and Linear Algebra to the students of various colleges of Patna and Patliputra Universities. Students actively participated with great enthusiasm and gained knowledge about Mathematical Pedagogy. They also explained abstract ideas in a clear and engaging manner, making the learning process both enjoyable and enlightening for students. The program concluded with a feedback session of students. In the end, on behalf of PWC family Dr. Abinash Kumar delivered vote of thanks to the participants and the experts for their presence and successful contribution.
