The Department of Psychology, Patna Women’s College in association with Poetry Club “Poesis”, organised a poetry competition on the occasion of Republic Day 2026. The theme of the competition was ” The Republic of my imagination ” held on 22/01/2026. The judges of the competition were: Dr. Kumar Dhananjay, Head, Department of Hindi and Dr. Deepika Tiwari, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Patna Women’s College. The program was conducted in Room No. 1 at 12 PM.
There were 14 participants from the Department. Students participated with enthusiasm and zeal. The results were: 3rd position – Saeeda Zainab, UG III; 2nd position – Priya Dey, UG II and 1st position – Aayushi Ranjan from UG I. Valuable suggestions were provided to the participants by the judges and motivated them for improvement in expressing their feelings.
The program was moderated by Nadia Nabil and Vote of thanks was given by Atufa Kulsum both from PG I.
