The Department of Microbiology, Patna Women’s College, Autonomous, successfully organized a slogan writing competition on the theme ” GENDER INCLUSIVITY ” for celebration of International Women’s Day in Room No. 203 on 6th March,2026. This Pre-Ojaswini event was organized to encourage creative expressions that promote equality, respect and representation for all genders.
Students enthusiastically participated by presenting creative and thought-provoking slogans that highlighted equality, respect, and representation for all genders. The activity provided a platform for students to express their perspectives on building an inclusive society through impactful words.
After careful evaluation, the department selected the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners, whose entries were submitted to the Council Corner for the next stage of the Ojaswini event. The winning team consisted of Akriti Kumari, Nisha Yadav, Soumya Kumari and Nazia Parween. Runner up included Vaishnavi Shree, Kashish Sharma, Sristi Duncan and Sonam Kumari. The 2nd runner up included Sanya Mehta, Mansi, Suchika Rathaur and Kumari Anshu Yadav.
The event witnessed active participation and meaningful engagement from students.It concluded with the brilliant showcase of the creativity of the participants.
