The sixth day of Summer Camp 2026 began with an energetic warm-up session conducted by Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher, Patna Women’s College.
Thereafter, the Throwball session commenced, during which the coach Nishant and Khushboo introduced the participants to the basic rules and techniques of the game, including the proper ways of catching and throwing the ball. The students were then divided into teams of seven and participated in friendly matches to practice their skills. With each passing day, the enthusiasm, energy, and excitement among the participants continue to grow, reflecting the success and positive impact of the camp.

Summer Camp 2026 (30/05/2026)– Day Seven
The seventh day of Summer Camp 2026 commenced with an energetic warm-up and exercise session. Following this, Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher, organized an exciting team-building game called “Cross the Swamp,” which was conducted in three rounds.
The activity was thoroughly enjoyed by all participants and encouraged teamwork, coordination, and enthusiasm. Thereafter, aerobics class taken by Dr. Manjula Sushila, Sports Coordinator, which the students greatly enjoyed.
The day continued with a singing competition in which all groups participated enthusiastically. The results were as follows 1st:- Team Diamonds, 2nd:- Avengers, 3rd:- Royal challengers.
The participants showcased remarkable talent, confidence, and team spirit throughout the event, making the day both enjoyable and memorable.

They introduced the participants to the fundamental rules and techniques of volleyball, including the correct stance, body posture, serving methods, and other essential skills required for the game.
Thereafter, Aerobics class was taken by Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed.

Summer Camp2026 (02/06/2026) – Day Nine
The ninth day of Summer Camp 2026 commenced with a warm-up and exercise session.
Following this, a volleyball session was conducted by former Sports Secretary Ms. Riya Nagvanshi, during which all the teams participated in friendly matches. Team Diamond secured the First Position, Team Ice Igniters achieved the Second Position, and Annu’s Warriors secured the Third Position.
Thereafter, a dance competition was organized, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all the participants. The students showcased their talent, creativity, and coordination through vibrant performances. Groups 4 and 5 jointly secured the First Position, Groups 3 and 6 secured the Second Position, and Groups 1 and 2 achieved the Third Position.
Following the competition, Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher, conducted an engaging Fitness Circuit Game.

Summer Camp 2026 (03/06/26) – Day Ten
The tenth day of Summer Camp 2026 commenced with a warm-up and exercise session.
Following this, a Taekwondo training session was conducted by Ms. Jyoti Kumari, Taekwondo Trainer. During the session, she introduced the participants to new Taekwondo techniques and moves, also practice and revision of previous moves.
Thereafter, the second session was conducted by Dr. Manjula Sushila, Sports Coordinator, who led an engaging Kabaddi session. She introduced the basic rules of the game. Following the introduction, all the groups actively participated in Kabaddi matches and played with great energy.

Summer Camp 2026 (04/06/26) – Day Eleven
The eleventh day of Summer Camp 2026 commenced with a Taekwondo training session conducted by Ms. Jyoti Kumari, Taekwondo Trainer. As it was the final day of the Taekwondo training programme, the participants revised and practiced all the moves they had learned throughout the session.
Following this, Dr. Manjula Sushila, Sports Coordinator, conducted a Kho Kho session. She introduced the participants to the basic rules and regulations of the game, after which all the groups actively participated.
Thereafter, Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher, organized an engaging team-building game called “Builder and Bulldozer.” In this Groups 3 and 4 secured the first position, Groups 5 and 6 second position, while Groups 1 and 2 third position.

The thirteenth day of Summer Camp 2026 commenced with a refreshing yoga session. During the session, the participants practiced various yoga asanas.
Following this, an Athletic Throws session was conducted by Dr. Manjula Sushila, Sports Coordinator, and Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher. During the session, the participants were introduced to the basic rules and techniques of Shot Put, Discus Throw, and Javelin Throw. The trainers provided guidance on the correct methods of performing each event, and all the participants actively took part in the activities.

Summer Camp 2026 (08/06/26) – Day 14
The fourteenth day of Summer Camp 2026 commenced with an engaging badminton session. The session was conducted by Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher, who introduced the participants to the basic rules of badminton.
Following the introduction, all the participants actively took part in badminton matches. The first round consisted of the Badminton Singles.
Thereafter, a Badminton Doubles was organized, in which participants from all the groups participated.

On 9th June 2026, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), Patna University, organized the Valedictory Day of Sports Summer Camp 2026, marking the successful conclusion of the 15-day camp.
The day commenced with recreational games and fun-filled activities conducted by Dr. Manjula Sushila, Sports Coordinator, and Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed, Sports Teacher. The activities created an joyful atmosphere among the participants.
Following this, the participants engaged in various indoor games such as Chess, Table Tennis, and Carrom.
Thereafter, Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), interacted with the participants. She motivated and encouraged the students, appreciated their active involvement throughout the camp, and extended her best wishes for their future. She also visited and appreciated the creative exhibits prepared by the participants for the Best Out of Waste Competition, acknowledging their innovation and artistic skills.
A certificates distribution ceremony was held to recognize and appreciate the participation and achievements of the students in the various competitions conducted during the camp. Refreshments were provided to all participants as a token of appreciation.
The camp concluded on a successful and memorable note under the leadership of Dr. Manjula Sushila (Sports Coordinator) and Mrs. Quazi Bushra Ahmed (Sports Teacher), with the wholehearted support of the Student Council members, Richa Kumari (Sports Secretary) and Khushi Kumari (Joint Sports Secretary).
