As part of the Pre-Internship Workshop, “Teacher Training: Building a Strong Foundation,” a two-day session on Lesson Planning was organized in the Department of Education, Patna Women’s College Autonomous on 2nd and 3rd July 2026. The resource persons were Dr. Sister M. Saroj A.C., Head of the Department, and Ms. Swati Shilpi, Assistant Professor.
They highlighted the importance of lesson planning for effective, outcome-based teaching and guided the trainees through its key components and approaches. The workshop concluded with a hands-on activity in which the trainees prepared lesson plans based on their respective teaching methods.
