Patna Women’s College organized a vibrant Three-Day Fresher’s Day Programme from July 21, 2026 to July 23, 2026. The programme began with the welcoming of chief guests by Dr. Ravi Kumar, Head of the Mathematics Department, who greeted the guests by presenting plant saplings. On the second day of the programme, Department of Mathematics welcomed freshers and briefed Department’s achievement and goals. The students participated actively and showcased their exceptional talents, making the event an enormous success. The Cultural Committee members, Dr. Sister Nelsa A.C., Assistant Professor, Department of English and Dr. Priyanka, Assistant Professor, Department of History graced the cultural performances of the students and motivated them to showcase their talent and achieve great heights. The program begun with a beautiful welcome song followed by poetry on mathematics by Rani, group dance, solo singing by Shikha, duet dance performances by Muskan and Annu and experience sharing by Khushi. A major highlight of the event was the crowning of Miss Muskan Kumari as Miss Fresher, in recognition of her confidence, elegance, and outstanding stage performances. During the event, the students expressed their gratitude to Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College, and Dr. Sister M. Tanisha A.C., Vice-Principal, Patna Women’s College for their unwavering support and motivation throughout the programme. The newly enrolled students exhibited their talents and expressed their sincere gratefulness to their teachers, staffs, seniors and batchmates. The program was concluded with speech of Dr, Ravi Kumar, Head, Department of Mathematics and in the end Anshika, proposed the Vote of Thanks for the beautifully organised.
