The story of a little bird teaches a great lesson to live a healthy and happy life. The short video is a powerful motivational short story which emphasizes the need to let go of past memories, or else they can become dangerous to our own existence.

It was a short story about a bird who kept collecting memories because she thought it would be wonderful to keep record of everything that happened to her, whether good or bad. She wrote her experience on small stones and carried them wherever she flew. But as time passed, more and more memories were written on new stones it become hard for her to fly carry them and ultimately died under its burden.

Sometimes we all do what that little bird did, collect the memories, good ones or bad ones and carry them aroud with us. We believe that they will help us, define us, protect us and we hold unto those memories tightly and that weight us down. We forget to live in the present and loose the joy of flying freely in the future. Sometimes many of us carry even the past happiness for too long and forget that life is all about letting go (detachment). As students we have tendency to live in future and dream big but many of us don’t work hard to attain and achieve them. we leave aside our 1st priority and keep on doing which give us temporary pleasure and joy.

We can’t change what has happened already but we can rewrite the past and choose to live in present lightly. Our life is a precious gift and we will never get it back again, so live it in its fullness by being present to present moment. Live happily, forgive and forget the past. Each day calls to write our new story, but not on a stone but   in the way we live our life. I learned to Live each moment happily. Being grateful for what I have and what I can do and always keep flying forward with aim and vision.
