On 6th August, 2026, Lexicon, the Language Club, in collaboration with the Department of English, organised an interactive workshop titled “Jump on the Bandwagon: Speak, Write, Connect, Lead!.” The event was meticulously coordinated by the club coordinator, Dr Devina Krishna, Assistant Professor, Department of English. The graceful moderator, Ms Kanishtha Jain, introduced the theme of effective communication and refinement of linguistic capabilities in a fast paced landscape to become future leaders.
The illustrious resource person of the day was Dr Anand Prakash Pathak, Head and Associate Professor, Amity Institute of English Studies & Research, Amity University, Patna.
The workshop centred around rich and contextually appropriate vocabulary-building with clarity and fluency. The workshop entailed interactive, open quizzes on pronunciations and common grammatical errors. Dr Anand implored students to be effective communicators. The programme was brought to a close by a humble vote of thanks delivered by club member, Ms Shuchita.
