An immersive workshop on Critical and Emerging Technologies (CETs) and AR/VR Development was organised at the Incubation Centre, IIT Patna, under the Young Innovators STEM Lab (YISL) initiative. The workshop focused on introducing students to emerging immersive technologies and their practical applications.
The session covered the foundation of immersive technologies, core development concepts, and deployment and testing of AR/VR applications. Students actively participated in hands-on activities using VR headsets, laptops and interactive AR/VR applications, gaining practical exposure to immersive environments.
The enthusiastic participation of students in collaborative learning, technical demonstrations and practical experimentation on Disaster Management, surgery and healthcare, Resume and Job support, etc. Students were seen exploring VR environments through head-mounted devices and working together on technology-based activities. A demonstration of an immersive application was also presented to the participants.

Conclusion
The workshop provided students with a valuable opportunity to move beyond theoretical learning and experience AR/VR technologies through hands-on activities. The interactive sessions encouraged curiosity, innovation and confidence among the participants and contributed meaningfully to their understanding of emerging technologies and their future applications.
The workshop was an enriching and innovative learning experience for the participating students.
