On 15th September, 2026-27, under Season of Creation, SRISHTI Environment Club organised the “Orientation Programme” for the new members of the club (Co-ordinating Department- Geography).
The programme started with the soulful SRISHTI Club Anthem progressing towards the oath taking of the newly elected Ambassadors

as well as the new members of the club under the guidance of Dr. Amrita Chowdhury, Head, Department of Geography.
Dr. Amrita Chowdhury inspired the students to take action towards environmental causes and strive for environmental awareness.
The session commenced with Ms. Meenakshi Mishra, Co-ordinator and Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, introducing the Environment Club’s aims and objectives, impacts of environmental action and activities conducted by the SRISHTI Environment Club every year.
The club welcomed 95 new members to be a part of this legacy and strive for protecting our nature.
