Anti-Ragging Drive

The Department of Advertising and Marketing Management, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) along with students of Post Graduate Diploma In Advertising And Marketing Management (PGDAMM) observed the beginning of Anti-Ragging Week from (12th August 2025-18th August 2025), in line with the UGC guidelines.
On Day 1(12th August 2025), screening of documentaries based on harmful impact of ragging were shown to create awareness among students about ragging, it’s consequences, rules enforced against ragging and much more .
On Day 2(13th August2025), an engaging Slogan Writing Competition under the Anti-Ragging Drive was organized by the Department of Advertising and Marketing Management.
Students of Semester I, lll, V and PGDAMM participated in the Slogan Writing Competition enthusiastically. Swarna Suman (PGDAMM,Sem I) got the First Position, Nishu & group of Sem V was selected on Second Position and Varsha & group of Sem V grab the Third Position.
On Day 3 (14th August 2025), students were made to fill an affidavit regarding the anti ragging drive initiated by the UGC.
