From August 12-18, the Botany Department at Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) held an Anti-Ragging Week for its first-semester students. The week-long initiative featured several activities aimed at raising awareness. On August 12, a documentary was screened to highlight the severe consequences of ragging. The following day, students created and presented posters on the theme ‘Say No to Ragging’ to express their views on why they should stand against ragging. The week concluded on August 14 with all students signing an online undertaking, pledging not to engage in ragging. The students participated with great enthusiasm and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of an anti-ragging environment.
