Students Exchange Programme on the Topic “The programme was conducted on the theme “Emerging Opportunities in Management Education and Industry”

The Department of Business Administration, Patna Women’s College, Patna successfully organized a Students Exchange Programme in collaboration with Development Management Institution (DMI), Patna on 10 February 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The programme was held at the Mother Veronica Excellence and Innovation Centre.

The programme was conducted on the theme “The programme was conducted on the theme “Emerging Opportunities in Management Education and Industry” with the objective of exposing students to diverse career opportunities in the field of management and providing insights into industry expectations, academic pathways, and professional growth.

The distinguished resource persons present for the programme  were Professor  Dr. Sridhar Telidevara, Ph.d from Suny Buffalo University; Mr. Samar Rayaz,  Manager – Academic Programs. Prof. Santosh Anand was also present with them.  The session included a vibrant intraction among students of Business Administration and students from DMI. The session included the the presence of the Head of the Department, Dr. Pallawi Ambreesh Kumar, along with the faculty members of the Department of Business Administration.

The speakers shared valuable perspectives on emerging management careers, skill requirements, interdisciplinary learning, and the importance of experiential education. They also emphasized the role of professional competence, ethical leadership, and continuous learning in building successful management careers. The interactive session encouraged students to actively participate and seek guidance regarding higher education, industry exposure, and career planning. The key area was emphasis Learning by Doing like Group Discussion, Role Playing etc.
