Report on Parents–Teachers Meeting

The Department of Data Science & Analytics organized a Parents–Teachers Meeting (PTM) with the objective of strengthening communication between faculty and parents, and reviewing the academic progress of students.
Program Highlights
- The meeting commenced with a prayer song, creating a serene and respectful atmosphere.
- This was followed by the Welcome Address delivered by Dr. Priyadarshini, Head of the Department of Data Science & Analytics, who warmly greeted the gathering and expressed gratitude to the Principal, faculty, parents, and students.
- A Department Profile Presentation was displayed, showcasing the vision, mission, initiatives, and achievements of the department since its inception two years ago.
- The audience was then shown a video presentation of the Inno AI Expo 2026, highlighting the innovative projects and expertise demonstrated by students during the event.
Parent–Faculty Interaction
After the formal program, faculty members met parents individually.
- Mid-semester examination papers were shared and discussed with parents.
- Teachers, including Ms. Shahli Tabassum, Assistant Professor, provided detailed feedback on each student’s performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Parents also contributed their observations, creating a constructive dialogue to support the academic growth of the students.
The PTM proved to be a meaningful platform for collaboration between parents and teachers. It reinforced the department’s commitment to transparency, academic excellence, and holistic development. The constructive discussions will help in guiding students more effectively in their learning journey.
