In commemoration of India’s 80th Independence Day, the Leaf & Life Club, Department of Botany, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) organized an E-Poster Presentation Competition on 13 August 2026 on “Freedom with Responsibility: Empowering India’s Youth for a Better Tomorrow”. A total of 15 groups of students of Semesters I and III presented creative ideas highlighting freedom as a responsibility to think independently, act responsibly, embrace scientific temper, and contribute to nation-building.
The competition was judged by Dr. Priyanka, Asst. Professor, department of History and Dr. Moon, Head, department of Statistics, Patna Women’s College. Dr. Pinky Prasad, Head, Department of Botany, declared the results.
First Position was secured by Code 06, comprising of Saumya Shalini, Sakshi Kumari Ranjan, and Satakshi Singh of Sem I.
Second Position was secured by Code 11, comprising of Prasansha Kumari and Anushka Kumari of Sem III.
Third Position was secured by Code 7, comprising of Diva Singh and Aditi Bharadwaj of Sem III.
The event was meticulously supervised by Dr. Urvashi Sinha. Ms. Sanjana Bharti and Ms. Shrishti Singh of Sem III moderated the program. The event celebrated creativity, patriotism, and the students’ vision for a responsible and progressive India.
