Three NCC Air Wing Cadets from Patna Women’s College, 1 BIHAR AIR SQN NCC, proudly participated in the Independence Day Parade 2026 at Gandhi Maidan, Patna. It was a proud and memorable experience for our contingent. A total of 20 contingents participated, marching with discipline, unity, and enthusiasm. CWO Divya Sinha served as the Platoon Commander, while Flight Cadet Shalja Sharma was the Marker of the contingent. The Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Samrat Choudhary inspected the contingents, followed by the flag-hoisting ceremony and an inspiring address. We then witnessed 13 colourful Jhankis showcasing various state departments. Before the final dispersal, winners for Best Marching, Best Turnout, and Best Platoon Commander were announced. The day concluded with refreshments and a deep sense of pride, accomplishment, patriotism, and unforgettable memories
