SRISHTI Environment Club and Department of Geography in collaboration with ECO Task Force, organised ‘Nature Conservation Drive’ beginning from 13.07.2026 to 28.07.2026, in celebration of Nature Conservation Day.
On the first day of ‘Nature Conservation Drive’ 13.07.2026, audit of Green Corner of all the Departments took place. The audit was done by the volunteers of SRISHTI Environment Club and ECO Task Force.
This was followed by a ‘Cleanliness Drive’ on 14.07.2026 in the college campus. Students of all the Semesters from the departments of Geography, Political Science, English, Economics, History, Home Science, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu and Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics ensured their enthusiastic participation towards the initiative.
The cleanliness drive was observed under the guidance of Ms. Meenakshi Mishra, coordination, SRISHTI Environment Club and Assistant Professor, Department of Geography and Dr. Sumeet Ranjan, Vice President, ECO Task Force and Head, Department of Zoology.
The initiative was made possible by the collaborative efforts and presence of faculty members and teachers, Dr. Nupur Sinha, Department of Psychology; Dr. Kumar Dhananjay, Dr. Sushma Choubey and Dr. Brahma nand, Department of Hindi; Ms. Sanwita Shaiwalini and Ms. Nirupama Surbhi Lakra, Department of Geography and Sister Luveena, Department of Zoology.
