A collaborative initiative between Patna Women’s College (Autonomous) and Nirmala College, Ranchi led to the successful organisation of an Online Faculty Exchange Programme aimed at strengthening academic engagement between the two institutions. Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Sister M. Rashmi A.C., Principal, Patna Women’s College, and through the academic initiative of Dr. Amrita Chowdhury, Head, Department of Geography, Patna Women’s College, and Dr. Debjani Roy, Head, Department of Geography, Nirmala College, the programme brought faculty and students together on a shared learning platform.
Ms. Meenakshi Mishra, Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), served as the Resource Person for the online lecture series held for UG Semester II and IV students, enriching their academic experience and fostering deeper institutional collaboration.
