Patna Women’s College celebrated the auspicious occasion of Sawan with a vibrant Traditional Mehndi Competition. The Department of Philosophy, in collaboration with Srijan Club (Arts and Craft Club), organised the competition as part of the Sawan celebrations.
A total of 105 students enthusiastically participated in the competition, which was based on the theme “Traditional Mehndi Designs.” Students and teachers participated with great enthusiasm and showcased a variety of creative, innovative, and unique mehndi designs.
The competition provided the students with an excellent platform to express their creativity, artistic skills, and understanding of Indian cultural traditions through the intricate art of mehndi. The event was a great success and added colour, enthusiasm, and a festive spirit to the campus activities.
The competition was judged by Dr. Pooja Kumari and Ms. Enakshi De Biswas.

Ms. Kirti Chaudhary, Head of the Department of Philosophy, and Dr. Geetanjali Choudhary, Coordinator of Srijan club and Department of Fashion Designing, extended their best wishes to all the participants and congratulated the winners for their outstanding creativity and performance.
