VALUE BASED PERSONALITY CLASS 2026

Value Based Personality Class was organized by the Department of Botany on the theme “Learning to let go of past experiences” for Semester V students on 31st July 2026 from 10.00am onwards. The session aimed to create awareness about the impact of holding on to past memories on our present life. An interactive story of a little bird was shown highlighting how she collected her memories by writing them on small stones and carrying them everywhere. As time passed, the weight of those memories increased and made it difficult for her to fly freely. The story emphasized that carrying the burden of the past can stop us from moving forward in life. The session focused on the importance of letting go of unnecessary emotional burdens. It stressed the role of self-awareness and positivity in living a peaceful life. The session concluded with an interactive discussion encouraging students to accept, forgive , forgot and move forward. The program was informative and inspiring, with enthusiastic student participation. Dr. Hena Naz was the facilitator for this value based personality development session.
