The Department of Psychology organised a workshop on the topic ‘Work Ethics and Soft Skills’ on 8th April 2026. The resource person, Dr. Nikhila Narayanan, elaborately dealt with the topic. She highlighted the importance of professional ethics, communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability in both academic and professional settings. She also emphasised practical strategies to develop effective interpersonal skills and maintain a positive work attitude.
The session was interactive.
The students gained valuable insights and practical knowledge from the workshop. The teachers of the Department also attended the session.
