Report on Personality Development Classes

The Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics organized Personality Development classes on 09th July 2026 for undergraduate students with the aim of fostering self-awareness, emotional strength, and a positive mindset among learners. The first session was conducted for UG Semester I students in Room No. 53 from 10:10 AM to 11:05 AM. The session was facilitated by Mr. Siddhant Parashar, and a total of 34 students attended the class.

During this session, a short video was presented highlighting the importance of letting go of past experiences and memories. The facilitator emphasized that the past should be treated as a lesson rather than a limitation. Students were encouraged to reflect on their thoughts, emotions, and attitudes, understanding that true personality is shaped more by mindset than by circumstances. The session focused on developing self-awareness, emotional resilience, and maintaining a positive outlook even in challenging situations.

Another Personality Development session was conducted for UG Semester III students in Room No. 54 from 01:25 PM to 02:20 PM.  facilitated by Dr. Supriya, and a total of 21 students attended the class. During this session, an inspiring motivational story was presented, conveying the message that holding on to past experiences can hinder personal growth and progress. The session provided an interactive platform where students expressed their thoughts, reflected on personal experiences, and understood the importance of emotional well-being. The discussion was engaging and thought-provoking, encouraging students to adopt a positive mindset and focus on personal growth.

Overall, both sessions were highly interactive, meaningful, and inspiring. They left a lasting impact on students by motivating them to let go of unnecessary emotional burdens, learn from past experiences, and move forward with confidence, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset.
